New BPM legislation in 2010
As planned by the government last year, the BPM legislation for 2010 will be changed once more. The bottom line is that the total amount of BPM will be based more on the CO2 emissions of the vehicle, and less on the sales price. Furthermore, the single threshold which is in effect right now, will be substituted with three thresholds, thus creating 'classes' of CO2 emission.
